Hi there!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Winter Park, Florida.

I started therapy at 19 years old and it changed my life in so many ways. I still see a therapist today because it brings so much value to my life. My first experiences as a client inspired me to pursue this career. I am passionate about helping clients as my first therapist helped me!

When I moved to Florida from Alabama, I knew building my own practice would be a great first step. I built Awaken Therapy Collective to help young adults who are struggling to find their way in life.

My practice emphasizes inclusivity, ethical practices, and safety. I make every effort to be aware of my own biases and blind spots so I’m able to provide the best care to each and every client.

As a holistic therapist, I believe that mind, body, and spirit are connected. I see you as a whole person. You are so much more than your struggles and symptoms.

Therapy is a collaborative process. I focus on learning from you and building a relationship based on trust and safety.
