This is how you get started in the pregnancy support group:

Arrive at Moonrise Birth Collective 10-15 minutes early so you can park, fill your water bottle and get comfortable. Parking is on the left side of the building.


We’ll start with group guidelines and introductions. Share your name and any details you’re comfortable sharing about your pregnancy.

Share your thoughts and feelings with other pregnant people who get it. If you’re not comfortable sharing yet, you are welcome to sit back and listen.

  • YES! There is no fee to attend the group.

  • No! Life happens and we recognize that attending two groups per month is not doable for everyone.

    Many people benefit from attending the group regularly, but we are here to welcome you any time you are able to attend.

  • We start with introductions. Share your name and any details about your pregnancy that you're comfortable sharing!

    We then ask if there are any topics anyone feels called to discuss or seek support on.
